1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns. All purchases made in our store are considered final once the order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully — including size, quantity, and shipping details — before completing your purchase.

2. When We Issue a Refund

Refunds are only granted in the following situations where the error is on our end:

You received the wrong size than what you ordered.
Your item arrived damaged due to a defect or error on our part during production or packaging.
You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.

To request a refund under any of the above circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide a photo of the item as proof.

3. Shipping Damage

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping courier, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the package. If your order was damaged in transit, we kindly ask that you contact the courier directly to file a claim. We will provide any documentation we can to assist you in this process, but we are unable to issue refunds for damage caused during shipping.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are also final. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item will be produced and shipped within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Cancellations of pre-orders are not accepted once production has begun.
