Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Pre-order items have longer timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Within Italy

• Standard shipping: 2–4 business days

• Free shipping on orders over €80

International Shipping

• European Union: 4–7 business days

• Outside EU: 7–14 business days

• International shipping rates calculated at checkout

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plastic-free, paper-based packaging. We use kraft paper mailers, recycled card stock, and natural twine. No plastic is used at any stage of our packaging process.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties (Non-EU)

International customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
